Mike Madelin FCIPD

Mike is an organisational design and transformation specialist with more than 18 years' experience helping organisations improve performance through better strategy, operating models and people excellence. He has advised executive teams across global technology organisations, financial services, local government, charities and multinational enterprises, leading complex programmes that deliver lasting and sustainable organisational change.
His experience spans organisation design, HR and Payroll transformation, shared services, governance, workforce strategy and operational excellence. From developing future operating models and establishing advisory practices to leading global transformation programmes across 36 countries, Mike has built a reputation for simplifying complexity and turning strategic ambition into practical, measurable outcomes.
A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Mike founded Juniper Advisory to create a different kind of advisory practice—one built around proprietary frameworks, independent thinking and evidence-based solutions that help organisations create the conditions in which people and performance flourish.
